Visiting a 'cha chen teng' at 3:15pm for tea is a quintessential thing to do in Hong Kong!  Kam Wah Cafe located near the Flower Market in Prince Edward is famous for their freshly baked 'pineapple' buns.  The hot buns are so delicious, they are even highly rated by CNN.

The bun itself doesn't actually taste pineapple at all.  It's got a crunchy top and is delish with a thick cold piece of butter in the middle.  Don't forget to eat it with a cup of milk tea.  This is also another classic cha chen teng dish and the most popular hot drink in Hong Kong!
